Welcome to Bodega del Paraiso Rides and Resort! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Admission and Tickets
- All guests, regardless of age, require a valid ticket for entry.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for failure to comply with these terms, safety rules, or for engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior without a refund.
- Ticket prices and operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Safety and Conduct
Guest Responsibility
Guests must read and follow all posted rules and verbal instructions from our staff for each ride and facility.
Health Restrictions
Certain rides and attractions have height, weight, health, and pregnancy restrictions. It is your responsibility to check these restrictions before riding. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to adhere to these warnings.
Supervision of Minors
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
Prohibited Items & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on resort property:
- Outside food and beverages (except for baby food and water, or due to medical requirements)
- Smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption in non-designated areas
- Fighting, unruly behavior, and use of profanity
- Bringing weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials
- Commercial photography/videography without prior management approval
Important: For your safety, please follow all instructions from our staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
- Accommodations: Check-in/check-out times must be strictly observed. A valid ID and credit card for incidental charges are required upon check-in.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Bodega del Paraiso reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes). In such cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund.
4. Liability and Risk
- Participation in rides and activities is at your own risk. By entering the resort, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with amusement rides, swimming pools, and recreational activities.
- Bodega del Paraiso, its owners, and employees are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to persons or property arising from use of the facilities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
- Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the resort's property.
5. Personal Belongings
- Lockers are available for rent for your convenience. Bodega del Paraiso is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including those left in lockers, vehicles, or unattended in public areas.
6. Privacy
- By visiting our resort, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for security and promotional purposes without compensation.
- Personal information collected during bookings is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we protect and use your data.
7. General
- Bodega del Paraiso reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, operating hours, close attractions, or restrict access without prior notice.
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
